About Me

I am a twenty-something stay-at-home-mom to my very cool little girl. I try and live in a way that respects the environment and the personhood of everyone around me, including my daughter D. I firmly believe in breastfeeding, co-sleeping, and responding to my kid. I love babywearing and cloth diapering, and I'm crazy excited to continue on this journey of natural parenting with my loving husband J. My political leanings are way left of center and my religious beliefs are non-existent. I grew up in conservative south Louisiana in a big, loud, warm Cajun family, but I now reside in the small town of Taylor , TX, just outside of my little liberal island of Austin.
